At Diya Delights, we understand that plans can change. Hence, we offer a straightforward and fair
cancellation policy for our customers.
Cancellation Process:
If you need to cancel an order, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We offer a tiered refund
system based on the order status:

If the parcel has reached your city, a 50% refund is applicable. |
Return Policy:
- To initiate a return, please provide photo and video proof of the condition of the crackers.
- Returns must be shipped back to our Sivakasi address at your expense.
- Upon receipt and verification of the return, we'll process your refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are credited to your account within 48 hours of cancellation.
Damaged Parcels:
We advise not accepting parcels that arrive damaged. We work diligently to ensure safe and intact
delivery.
Packaging Quality:
All packages are water-resistant, scratch-proof, and sanitized for your safety.
Address Accuracy:
– We are not responsible for errors in the provided delivery address or phone number.
– We make two delivery attempts. The parcel returns to Sivakasi if unreachable, and no refund is
processed.
